Our Process

Finding a virtual assistant perfect for you

We understand the unique needs of architecture, engineering, and construction firms. Finding the right talent can be time-consuming and complex, so we’ve streamlined the process to simplify your search and deliver results.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1

Tell us your needs

First we have a conversation about what remote support position you are looking to fill (Estimator, Bookkeeper, Admin Assistant, PC/PE etc.) and we would come up with a list of criteria you need that remote assistant to provide.

Step 2

Find your perfect match

Our recruiting team comb through our 3-Stage screened and qualified candidates and make a selection of the top 2 that are a match for your company.

Step 3

Interview and decide

Once that selection is made, we set up a virtual interview with you and the 2 potential candidates. In the interview, often one candidate really shines and you would select them as your Remote Assistant. Up to this point, there is no financial or other obligation to you. You can either say, “yes” let’s do this. Or “no” this isn’t going to work for me and that’s where we leave it.

Step 4

Let’s get started

If you do say yes, then we will begin the process of onboarding the remote assistant to your company and complete our consultant agreement. Remote AE charges a one-time recruitment & operations fee of $3,999, and then $399 dollars per week thereafter for a full-time remote assistant. This is billed out bi-weekly and paid by credit card.

We are so confident in the satisfaction of our customers that we offer a 30-day, money back guarantee. If the remote assistant isn’t working well for you, you have the choice of a replacement for another assistant, or canceling the service and we would refund you the recruitment fee.

Step 5

Seamless onboarding

We host & facilitate a 30 minute Onboarding Transition Meeting, this is the first start day of the remote assistant where we cover basic items such as work schedules, daily routines, Paid Time Off, technology & software required, communication, tasks & responsibilities, guidance & support, and training & mentoring.

Once the RA is onboarded, it’s very important that they have a designated person they can report to who can train them in your company processes, provide them with clear expectations and also be available to answer any daily questions that come up, just like any other person you would bring on board to your company. This ensures that they are successful and can do their very best job for you! Beyond this, the Remote Assistant is yours to utilize and manage within your company. That’s it!
