  • 3. Facilitating interviews: We organize video interviews with two virtual assistants, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your team.
  • 4. Risk-free service: Up until this point our service has been completely FREE and if you decide Remote AE is not for you, there is no obligation to move forward.
  • 5. Fully managed contract: If you do decide you're satisfied with a candidate, we handle all aspects of the contract, making the onboarding process seamless.
  • 6. Oversee transition phase: We assist in the transition phase, ensuring your virtual assistant integrates smoothly into your workflow.
  • 7. Quarterly service: Enjoy ongoing support and regular check-ins to ensure your needs are continuously met and exceeded.
  • 8. Yearly review: We conduct yearly reviews to assess the performance and ensure our services align with your evolving requirements.

Within 2 weeks of consulting with us, we schedule video interviews with you and 2 qualified assistants. Prior to interviews we send candidate abstracts which allow you to view the qualifications & experience of candidates. Then we onboard! All within 2 weeks.

Remote AE assistants are based in different parts of the world. They are higher educated (college/university & masters), professional, fluent in English, and have at a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.

Yes! Our candidates have undergone a 3-stage vetting process before endorsement to clients. All assistants are supervised by talent managers and have a team within Remote AE that they can rely on for help. Our assistants are compensated at higher-than-market rates and incentivized by your happiness!

There may be a time difference between you & your virtual assistant, however they work the business hours you prefer and request. Guaranteed.

There is only an independent consultant agreement. Termination is rare, however either party may part ways at any point if things are just not working out. There is no cancellation fee or penalty.

Your Remote AE virtual assistant works in a secured environment:

  • Our mandatory non-disclosure agreement requires that our virtual assistants will not share any information with anyone unless authorized by you.
  • Only your assistant(s) have access to the information that you provide them. Remote AE does not have access to our clients´ information.
  • It is up to our clients what information they choose to share with your Remote AE virtual assistant. Please ask about security-related best practices that our clients use during your free review.

You are invoiced & billed biweekly via our payment processing tools and there is no cancellation fee or penalty.

No, there are no additional taxes, benefits, or insurance.

There are many platforms that allow communication with ease, such as Microsoft Teams, phone, email, Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp, Slack and many more.

Your assistant provides full time service. 100% Dedicated to you.

Time off & PTO is at the discretion of your company’s current policy. We suggest the same policy take be applied as practiced within your organization.

Yes. Your Remote AE assistant will have a phone and for an additional fee (outside service provider) we can provide domestic calling if they need to make phone calls.
